You may cancel an order before the restaurant starts preparing it. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
An order may be cancelled due to item unavailability, delivery constraints or other operational reasons. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.
If you were charged for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method or wallet in accordance with our Refund Policy.
